The Luther Hospital is Key Africa's flagship project. It is a healthcare facility aimed at providing primary healthcare and emergency services to the community it shall serve. The Luther Hospital will open by the end of 2021.
Located in the Ubungo District of Dar Es Salaam, the Luther Medical Center will give more than 6 million people access to the Key Africa healthcare experience. Given its strategic location, it can also offer access to nearby regions and communities.
Operated in partnership with Terem, Israel's leading primary care provider, and the Tanzanian Lutheran Church, the facility will offer various primary care, accidents and emergencies, and laboratory services at a reasonable cost and top-notch delivery. The Tanzanian Lutheran Church will run and operate a charity program to give the community's indigents access to world-class healthcare. Terem will provide the facility's staffing requirements, and will also facilitate the training of local personnel.
The facility will be managed by Marcelo Gal, an accomplished healthcare management professional. He was the former hospital administrator of the Centro Medical La Paz in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, where he served for over five years.
Initially built as a primary care facility, the Luther Medical Center will expand into a larger medical facility that will offer in-facility hospitalizations and other treatments designed to meet the more complex medical needs of the community..
The Luther Medical Center will be Key Africa's centerpiece facility and will stand as a testament to our company's mission to open Africa's doors to world-class healthcare.
